ARACNE is a project co-financed by the European program Erasmus+ for adult training with the aim of design, based on the existing best practices in Europe, an integrated model that combines vocational training, personal empowerment and promotion of self-employment among women at labour and social risk.

As part of ARACHNE we have organised a European innovation day in vocational training, empowerment and social entrepreneurship, to present the products that we have developed.

This working day aims to be a SAMPLE OF SOCIO-LABOUR INSERTION PROJECTS implemented; to identify those PROCESSES WHICH GENERATE PERMANENT CHANGES in the own target group and the work environment in which they operate. To create PROTOTYPES OF SOCIO-LABOUR INTERVENTION promoting SYNERGIES between projects. The activity offers three interrelated panels:

RETHINKING!

We start the path recognizing successes and failures of European inclusive employment policies, learning about networks of women entrepreneurs in Europe and we finish with the activity 10 x10 Socio-Labour Insertion Key to Success. 10 experiences with excellent results in socio-labour insertion processes and projects which in 10 minutes will tell us about the key to its success.

SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE!

Sample of experiences: we offer you a space to share your experiences with other European agents and to be able to disseminate the keys to your success on the Socio-Labour Insertion field through Social Innovation. BUILD PROTOTYPES OF INNOVATIVE PROJECTS!

We will combine knowledge and experiences to create the ideal project on regards of each of these three challenges:

• Breaking the glass ceiling, in the professional field of the groups at a disadvantage.
• Social markets in Europe and collective self-employment initiatives.
• European resource network for innovative socio-labour Insertion projects.

 

Public Administrations, NGOs, professionals for employment, universities representatives and participants in insertion projects have been invited to take part on this even.
